Job Description
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients to maximize revenue
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Implement strategies to prevent client churn and reengage dormant clients.
• Ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM applications and customer support tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction and revenue generation.
