Job Description
Employment type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
• Prepare import purchase order
• Generate new import code when required
• Submit order to import for UCR generation
• Follow up on IDF’s if required
• Keeping excel tracking sheet of orders
• Working on final invoices from import department
• Keeping data base of suppliers items ordered and item master
Qualifications:
• Should have prior experience of procurement field
• Experience in FMCG / Electronics product Industries
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good Communication skills (writing)
• Computer literate (Good in excel).
