Job Description
Location: Greater Accra
Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the retail structure of JD-Link Oil.
Responsibilities:
Manage stations & sales growth
Ensure safety protocols (HSE)
Oversee security & compliance
Supervise new projects & staff training
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Accounting, Marketing or related field (Masters in Business Administration, Oil and gas or other related fields preferred)
7-15 years’ experience in downstream petroleum marketing companies or a reputable international company.
